ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

Kelly Skenandore-Holtz, SHRM-CP, SPHR, is an Executive Coach with Pathmakers Inc., a leadership consulting firm located in Hobart, WI.  She spends her days working with Executive Leaders to help them discover their inherent strengths and the impact they’re capable of having at work and home, along with challenging them to lean into their untapped potential. Using a strengths-based approach, the coaching drives cultural effectiveness and operational efficiencies with organizations.  Kelly’s vast experience in working with leaders, along with her ability to connect with people, puts her in a position to build trusting relationships with clients that, in return, help individuals and teams leverage their strengths and create deep, invested relationships.

Prior to Pathmakers Inc., Kelly has worked as a Human Resource Business Partner, a Training & Development Manager, and in other Human Resources related positions.  She earned her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certificate in 2011 and her Society of Human Resources Senior Certified Professional certificate (SHRM-SCP) in 2015. Kelly has also been a volunteer facilitator for the Green Bay Chapter certification study group since 2012.  She received a Bachelor degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, and a Master’s Degree in Management and Organizational Behavior from Silver Lake College. She lives in Oneida with her husband Kris and their two children, Kai and Kannyn.
