ABOUT THE SPEAKER:

As a shareholder and co-chair of Davis & Kuelthau’s Labor and Employment Team, Tony is a proactive legal counsel who assists both large and small employers, to resolve HR-related issues which arise in today’s realm of employment law. He assists with multiple issues such as hiring and firing, noncompete agreements, restrictive covenants, disability and ADA issues. In addition, he possesses comprehensive skills in the area of FMLA leave matters, employee handbook review and revision. In the area of compliance, Tony provides expertise in OSHA compliance, wage and hour issues, labor negotiations, and defends employers against claims brought forth by current and former employees.
